Job Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term physician-patient relationships.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Participate in an assigned call schedule and support continuity of care.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
• Training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Primary Care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid Nevada Medical License.
• Nevada Pharmacy Board license to prescribe medications.
• DEA Controlled Substance Registration.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
