Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care with a strong focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
· Develop individualized treatment and care plans for patients
· Manage chronic illnesses and monitor ongoing patient health
· Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and lifestyle modifications
· Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records
· Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate care
· Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and clinical excellence
Qualifications
· M.D., D.O, required
· Active and unrestricted California medical license
· Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
· Previous outpatient or hospital-based experience preferred
