Join a premier primary care practice in Richmond, Virginia, with an exceptional opportunity to step into an established patient panel at the Forest Avenue location. This is an ideal position for a board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking long-term stability, immediate patient continuity, and a well-established practice environment.
The incoming physician will inherit the panel of a retiring physician, providing the opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with an established patient population from day one. A female physician is highly preferred for this replacement opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide preventive healthcare.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5–20 years of primary care experience.
• Stateside U.S. medical school graduate.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Female physician highly preferred for the existing patient-panel replacement.
