You'll step into a busy outpatient Internal Medicine practice serving a growing West Texas community. Practice Overview
- Outpatient, bread-and-butter Internal Medicine practice
- Clinic volume of 20-25 patients/day
- 4.5-day workweek
- EMR: Cerner
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $285,000 + RVU production (Realistic 90% total compensation)
- Quality incentive: $20,000
- Sign-on bonus and relocation
- Benefits include health/dental/vision, 30 days PTO, Simple IRA after 1 year (3% match), CME up to $5,000 + 5 days, and reimbursement for licensure/DEA/associations
