Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

Educate patients regarding treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
Establish strong physician-patient relationships through personalized care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation utilizing EMR systems
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care practices
Qualifications
✅ Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✅ Active Georgia medical license or eligibility
✅ Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing adult acute and chronic conditions
✅ Experience delivering preventive and primary care services
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
