Internal Medicine opening - Escondido, CA ~ Full-time, permanent Schedule/Patient Load
- 34 patient contact hours/week
- Start date: immediate
- Mon/Fri 8a-5p + one half day/week
- The position is designed around 4.5 patient-facing days per week maintaining 34 patient hours per week. If provider is able to complete charting and other documentation during their scheduled patient hours, they will have the benefit of the weekly half-day off.
- Patients/shift: Average 18-23 appts once up and running. 15min (follow-up) or 30 min (new patient or physical).
- Participate in call 2-4x per year for entire company. Group has a nurse triage system so on average they will take 6 calls over weekend shift and 2 during a weeknight on-call shift.
- After-hours call pay is offered for the shift covered.
