• Join an established and successful community health clinic in the Palmdale/Lancaster, CA area offering a permanent, outpatient-focused Internal Medicine position. This vital primary care role provides comprehensive medical services for adult patients in a collaborative environment utilizing a fully integrated EPIC EMR system
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine.
• Active California medical license (or eligible to obtain state licensure).
• Ability to meet all medical staff credentialing and primary care onboarding standards.
• Open to both experienced physicians and newly trained residents/fellows.
Working Hours
• Outpatient only with no call requirements, ensuring an excellent work/life balance.
• No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities.
Skills
• Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, complex adult health conditions).
• Preventative healthcare, routine screenings, and adult patient education.
• High proficiency navigating EPIC EMR workflows.
• Strong communication and a deep commitment to compassionate, community-centered care.
