A growing patient-focused healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care team in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, practicing evidence-based medicine, and providing comprehensive care for adult patients.
The physician will provide preventive care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team focused on improving patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Deliver preventive care and wellness-focused medicine
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and lifestyle improvements
Manage chronic disease conditions through evidence-based care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Qualifications
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
Active Georgia medical license or eligibility
Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
Experience managing adult patients with acute and chronic conditions
