This position is ideal for a physician who is passionate about patient care and education, offering a balanced schedule and minimal on-call responsibilities.
Job Function
This position offers a flexible schedule with options for Monday through Friday or four 10-hour days from 8 am to 5 pm. The role includes 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week. Phone call duties are minimal, occurring only a few times a month. Medical Assistants (MAs) and nurses are available for each provider. Each site is equipped with lab and x-ray facilities on-site or in an adjacent building.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities within the academic program.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
