Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic medical conditions and complex patients

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of adult primary care experience

• Experience using electronic medical records

• Private practice background
