Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Primary Care Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in Needham, MA. This full-time position is ideal for a physician who enjoys building long-term relationships with adult and geriatric patients while delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care.
The practice primarily serves an adult and senior population. This is a 100% outpatient clinical role with no procedural responsibilities, allowing physicians to focus entirely on preventive care, chronic disease management, and improving patient outcomes. The role can begin as part-time and grow into full-time.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine health maintenance.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care.
Manage chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and other common adult conditions.
Review laboratory and diagnostic results and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and ancillary providers.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and medication management.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote value-based care.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active Massachusetts medical license, or eligible for licensure.
Medicare and Medicaid enrollment preferred, but not required.
Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.

8 hour shifts

Competitive base compensation of $250,000–$300,000.
