About the Opportunity
A physician-owned, family-oriented primary care practice is hiring Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians. The practice is growing across metro Atlanta, and new physicians build a full panel quickly. You will see adult patients, mostly commercially insured, in a busy office with a strong support team behind you.
Compensation
- Year One: $350,000 salary plus a $50,000 signing bonus, based on a five-day week at three patients per hour
- After Year One: base salary plus productivity bonus, with total compensation well above $400,000
- Additional compensation for helping establish a satellite location

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, four- or five-day week
- Weekends and major holidays off
- Light call shared among the physicians

Practice and Support
- 5 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
- RN team for triage, results calls, and inbox support
- Nurses for in-office procedures and testing, plus a remote care team
- Front desk, scheduling, prior authorizations, and billing with a collection rate above 98%
- eClinicalWorks EMR with AI ambient recording, order sets, and templates
- In-office diagnostics: FibroScan, home sleep studies, DEXA, spirometry, ultrasound (echo and vascular), ECG, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy
Requirements
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Family Practice)
- Georgia medical license and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain both before the start date
- Clean credentialing history
- Family Medicine physicians must be comfortable with adults only (18 and older)
- Wants to build a strong patient base and stay long term
Preferred
- US medical school graduate (MD preferred)
- Excellent residency training
- Strong ties to the Atlanta area
