A premier concierge primary care practice in Napa, California is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to provide exceptional, relationship-based care to adult patients.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values personalized medicine, preventive healthcare, and building meaningful long-term relationships with patients.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
Conduct preventive health evaluations and wellness assessments
Manage chronic medical conditions with personalized treatment plans
Diagnose and treat acute medical concerns
Provide lifestyle counseling and health optimization guidance
Develop trusted, long-term physician-patient relationships
Quality & Practice Development
Participate in clinical improvement initiatives
Support development of care processes and protocols
Contribute ideas to enhance patient experience and outcomes
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals
Support a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
Mentor team members when appropriate
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active California medical license or eligibility
Minimum 5 years of adult primary care experience
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with electronic medical records
Preferred
