WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, with flexibility in work schedules and a supportive environment for both full-time and part-time practitioners. Join us in delivering high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services, with Family Medicine physicians caring for patients of all ages and Internal Medicine physicians focusing on adult care.
- Option to include obstetric care if desired (for Family Medicine).
- Work schedule includes Monday through Friday or four clinical days with one remote administrative day.
- Required to work one Saturday morning per month, with adjusted hours during the week.
- Fulfill 32 hours of patient-facing work per week for full-time positions.
- Participate in limited call duty, including phone calls two weekdays per month and one full weekend per month.
Requirements
- Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid Massachusetts (MA) medical license required.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Open to J1 or H1B visa candidates.
