A fully integrated adult primary-care practice in Bristol, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Build and manage a continuity panel in a well-supported office with onsite laboratory and specialty services, embedded behavioral health and pharmacy support, and mentorship from an on-site regional medical leader.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain the demonstrated ability to see at least 18 patient visits per day
• Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe and manage treatment, and coordinate referrals
• Build long-term patient relationships and collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, pharmacy, and support staff
Qualifications
• At least two years of traditional primary-care or relevant fast-paced outpatient experience
• Prior experience independently carrying a patient panel
• Connecticut licensure or eligibility
