Job Title: Part-Time Internal Medicine Physician – Primary Care & Preventive Health (Flexible / Hybrid)

About the Role

A leading women’s health practice in Fairfield County is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join their growing team! This position begins as a part-time role with a clear pathway to expand into full-time as panel demand grows.

Clinical Scope & Focus

You will provide outpatient primary care and preventive health management tailored primarily to our adult/women's health population. Key focus areas include:

• Routine preventive care, annual wellness exams, and health screenings

• Bone health management (osteopenia & osteoporosis)

• Weight management and metabolic health

• Management of mild-to-moderate chronic conditions (hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, hypertension)

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine).

• Active (or eligible for) Connecticut medical license and DEA registration.

• Excellent clinical judgment accompanied by an affable, positive, and collaborative bedside manner that fits our team-first culture.
