We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MD or DO Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our provider team and support both outpatient clinical care and hospital-based services.

Job Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care:
Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of adult patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Review laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic information.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care.
Provide preventive care and health maintenance services.
Manage referrals, follow-up care, and care coordination.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR/EHR system.
Hospital Coverage:
Provide hospital-based coverage, including patient rounding and follow-up care.
Coordinate with hospital teams regarding patient status, treatment plans, admissions, and discharges.
Communicate effectively with clinic providers and support teams to ensure continuity of care.
Assist with transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings.
Collaboration & Quality Care:
Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
Support quality improvement initiatives and organizational care standards.
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based medical care.
Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners.
Qualifications
Required:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Active and unrestricted California Medical License.
Active NPI number.
Ability to provide outpatient clinic care and hospital coverage.
Availability to begin employment as soon as possible.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to collaborate effectively with providers, staff, and leadership.
Preferred:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active DEA license.
Experience providing outpatient primary care.
Experience with hospital rounding or inpatient coverage.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation systems.
Experience with Medicare, Medi-Cal, IPA, and managed care environments.
Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
