Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Outpatient Primary Care

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Manage preventive care and health maintenance needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on quality patient outcomes
• Collaborate with nurses, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse populations
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible state medical license
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in outpatient primary care
• Community health or underserved population experience
• Experience managing chronic disease populations
• Experience with value-based care models
Working Hours
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
