Job Title :- Physician
Location :- Leavittsburg, OH 44430
Contract :- 3+ Months with possible extension
Shift: Day
• Provide treatment using recognized medical standards and document care through an electronic health record system.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage medications.
• Complete medical reviews, reclassifications, and required documentation.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized care when needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and peer reviews.
• Perform duties within the scope of practice and applicable policies and standards.
• Must reside in Ohio.
• BLS/CPR

• Active Ohio Medical License.• Must reside in Ohio.
