Alvaro Giraldo, M.D., P.A., is seeking a highly motivated and community focused Internal Medicine (IM) physician who is interested in joining a high-quality patient-focused, well established, internal Medicine practice in McAllen, Texas. We serve adults and seniors across the Rio Grande Valley with a focus on primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and Medicare Advantage patients.
This is an immediate, high-priority opening driven by patient growth and practice needs.
Job Responsibilities
•Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute and chronic conditions
•Manage comprehensive physical, behavioral, and social health needs for an assigned panel of •Medicare Advantage members
•Collaborate with the clinical staff and the patients' families
•Support preventive care, quality measures, and chronic disease management
•Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
•Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Qualifications
• Active or eligible Texas medical license
• Experience and Spanish language skills are a plus
•New graduates may be considered
