Required Skills & Qualifications:
Medical Leadership Experience:
Proven experience in medical leadership, clinical administration, or medical directorship within a hospital, community health center, or healthcare organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams.
Experience overseeing clinical operations, healthcare delivery standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ability to provide strategic direction while maintaining strong clinical involvement.
Clinical Expertise:
Strong foundation in medicine with board certification or eligibility in a relevant primary care or specialty field.
Clinical experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related healthcare areas preferred.
Ability to coordinate complex patient care across multiple specialties and healthcare services.
Knowledge of evidence-based medicine, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
Experience providing direct patient care while balancing administrative and leadership responsibilities.
Healthcare Operations & Quality Management:
Experience developing, reviewing, and implementing clinical protocols and workflows.
Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement programs, performance metrics, and patient safety initiatives.
Ability to support regulatory compliance, risk management, and accreditation requirements.
Experience analyzing clinical data and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), community health programs, or safety-net healthcare environments preferred.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, administrators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Experience facilitating clinical meetings, case reviews, and care coordination discussions.

Job Responsibilities
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in an appropriate medical specialty.
Current, unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
Active clinical credentials and eligibility for hospital/healthcare privileges as required.
Technical & Administrative Skills:
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and clinical documentation requirements.
Ability to analyze reports, performance data, and operational metrics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management tools.
