A mission-driven, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking 3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join its growing team in Chico, California, just 55 miles north of Sacramento.Contact:

Compensation & Benefits
- $270,000–$370,000 annual salary
- Productivity bonuses with RVU incentives up to $32,000
- $15,000 sign-on and relocation package
- Comprehensive benefits and student loan repayment
- Generous PTO plus 9 paid holidays
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- $5,000 board certification bonus
- Additional $500/month for supervising an APP
- Medical license and professional association dues covered
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Optional 4-day, 10-hour workweek
- Average 20 patients per day, with flexibility to see more
- Treat patients of all ages
- Optional weekend Express Care/Urgent Care shifts for additional income
- No nights or required weekends for excellent work-life balance

- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- California medical license (or in the process of obtaining one)
