We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. Job Responsibilities
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Flexible scheduling options available, including consideration for a 4-day work week
Compensation & Incentives:
Competitive annual salary: Salary (based on experience and qualifications; negotiable)
Quarterly production incentive opportunity: Earn up to $4,100 per quarter based on performance indicators
Sign-on bonus available, if applicable
Relocation assistance available and negotiable
Retention incentive program:
Earn up to a 3% salary increase after the first year of employment
Continue increases until reaching the maximum salary scale
Lump-sum bonus opportunity after reaching the salary maximum
Professional Development:
Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance: Salary annually
Eligibility for HRSA Loan Forgiveness Program
