Bilingual Geriatrics / Primary Care Physician Opening Boston, MA
Full Time | PACE / Geriatrics
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese
Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a multidisciplinary PACE program providing comprehensive care to frail older adults in the Boston area.
Position Highlights:
Provide primary and geriatric care to high-risk older adults living in the community
Lead an interdisciplinary care team focused on helping seniors remain safely at home
Perform clinic, home, nursing home, and telehealth visits
Manage chronic disease, acute illnesses, and post-hospital follow-up care
Participate in hospital rounding and shared call schedule
M-F from 8a-4p. There is no on-call.
Collaborative, patient-centered PACE model emphasizing quality of life and individualized care
Frequent local travel within the service area
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Geriatric Medicine certification preferred
Active Massachusetts medical license and DEA
CPR certification
Minimum one year of experience caring for geriatric patients preferred
Experience working with diverse and underserved populations preferred
