Position Overview

• Academic primary care faculty role in an internal medicine residency continuity clinic

• Focus on resident education, supervision, and mentorship

• No independent patient panel " all clinical care performed with residents

• Ideal for physicians interested in academic medicine and community-based care

Schedule & Responsibilities

• 90% clinical precepting / 10% administrative

• Approximately day per week protected administrative time

• Monday"Friday only; no weekends

• No call responsibilities

• Faculty appointment with affiliated medical school

Compensation & Benefits

• 3-year guaranteed base salary

• Sign-on bonus approximately 15"25k
