Job Title :- Physician - Region 5
Location :- Lima OH, 45802
Contract :- 6+ Months to long term
Shift: Day
• Conduct physical exams and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
• Refer patients for specialty care when needed.
• Active or eligible for state medical licensure.
• Experience in primary care or hospital medicine preferred.

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.• Active or eligible for state medical licensure.
