Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop long-term relationships with an established patient panel.
Collaborate with experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical support staff.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate documentation using AI-assisted charting technology.
Participate in a light phone-only call rotation.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
Excellent clinical and communication skills
New graduates encouraged to apply

Working Hours
4-day work week available at many locations
