We're partnering with a respected physician-led healthcare organization in Northern New Jersey that is investing in the growth of its primary care services. This opportunity offers physicians the unique chance to build and develop a thriving outpatient practice with the support of an established multispecialty network, strong referral relationships, and experienced administrative teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses.
- Develop long-term relationships with your patient panel while delivering personalized, evidence-based care.
- Coordinate care with an extensive network of medical specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Utilize advanced clinical technology and AI-supported documentation tools to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- Participate in practice growth initiatives while helping expand access to primary care within the community.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Schedule
- Full-time.
- Four hours of dedicated administrative time each week.
- Flexible scheduling with the option of a traditional five-day work week or four 10-hour days.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
