Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient multi-specialty practice in Manhattan, New York.
This opportunity is ideal for an Internal Medicine physician interested in adult outpatient primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute visits, medication management, and coordination with specialty providers.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in a clinical setting
Manage chronic conditions and acute care visits
Provide preventive care and patient education
Coordinate care with specialists and other clinical team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active New York medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
Outpatient adult primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Working Hours
