We are seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians for our practice locations in Chicago, Hinsdale and Naples, Florida.
We are growing multi-site concierge primary care practice that is looking for outstanding board certified physicians to join the team. A successful candidate will have established themselves as a sought-after leader in their current practice environment. While experience is necessary, one's practice philosophy is paramount.

Job Responsibilities
Create relationships as the foundation of their care
Use their knowledge and experience to successfully manage their patients' problems
Partner with team members to build knowledge and advance care
Look to answer questions, leveraging the team to support that process
Tap into existing and new referral networks when complex problems arise
Respect the power of prevention in developing patient care plans
Expand their understanding of lifestyle factors that promote health and well-being
Support, through behavior change counseling, patients' efforts in achieving health goals
Collaborate to push the leading edge of science and technology to advance patient care
Qualifications
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
3. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills
4. Effective leadership and organization
5. Proficiency in the use of computers
6. Knowledge of confidentiality/HIPAA
7. Ability to create a safe, effective, collaborative working environment
