A value-based primary care organization seeks a Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practice Provider in Richmond, Virginia.
THE ROLE
- Outpatient primary care, adult/older-adult population
- Smaller patient panels and unhurried appointments
- Team-based practice with nursing, social work, and care coordination
- Value-based care: prevention and relationships over volume
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, daytime hours. No call, no weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $240K–$270K base (physicians) plus performance bonus; competitive APP compensation
- Health, dental, vision; 401(k); generous PTO; CME support; malpractice covered
REQUIREMENTS
- Physicians: BC/BE FM or IM; VA license (or eligible); DEA
- APPs: FNP/PA-C; VA license; primary care experience preferred
