Burlington, North Carolina, Primary Care Physician Opening ~ 1 Hour from Raleigh

Seeking a physician board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
100% outpatient primary care practice
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimal call responsibilities
Patient population is exclusively adults ages 65+
Geriatric/Medicare Advantage patient base
Average daily patient volume: 12-15
There is a full-time physician and a nurse practitioner in the office, providing a collaborative practice environment
Full support staff includes physicians, nurse practitioners/PAs, medical assistants, and care coaches
Focus is on delivering exceptional patient care—not RVUs or high patient volume
Athena EMR
DAX documentation software available
Requirements:
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum of two years of post-training practice experience preferred
Experience caring for patients ages 65+ preferred
Minimum of two years of experience practicing in a value-based care setting required
