Job Responsibilities
-Round on assigned patient population and manage ongoing care
-Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) and facility staff
-Participate in care planning and coordination to improve patient outcomes
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
-Build strong relationships with patients, families, and facility leadership
-Provide clinical leadership and oversight (Medical Director track available)
Qualifications
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine
-Active and unrestricted state license (or ability to obtain)
-DEA license required
-Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Interest in long-term, stable practice (not locums)
Working Hours
-No overnight call
-No weekend call
-Flexible daily schedule — round on patients and complete your day
