- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

- Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Support hospital initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Washington medical license in good standing
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
