Work with all Adult to Geriatric population
No weekend hours and no call
● Monday through Friday
● 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
● Outpatient office setting
● No hospital rounding requirements unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Job Responsibilities
● Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
● Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical
examinations.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
● Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
● Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.
● Manage chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD,
asthma, heart disease, and other internal medicine conditions.
● Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary healthcare providers.
● Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
● Utilize clinical technology tools to support quality patient care and efficient
documentation.
● Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.
● Comply with all federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations
Qualifications
accredited institution.
● Current and unrestricted Florida medical license.
● Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Required).
● Current DEA registration.
● Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
