An established healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care services in San Diego, California.

This position offers a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no call, weekend, or holiday responsibilities. Physicians will enjoy practicing in a collaborative environment focused on quality patient care while benefiting from excellent work-life balance and professional support.

Practice Details

• Outpatient Internal Medicine

• Full-time schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Daytime clinic hours

• No call

• No weekends

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients

• Manage acute and chronic health conditions

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations

• Develop and oversee treatment plans

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies

• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care

• Deliver preventive health services and patient education

• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and quality initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO degree

• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Active California medical license

• DEA registration, as applicable

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
