- $225,000 – $285,000 Base Compensation

🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Preventive medicine and wellness visits
- Chronic disease management
- Acute illness evaluation and treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
✅ Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Virginia Medical License
- U.S. Medical School Graduate
- 5–20 Years of Primary Care Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Team-oriented approach to care delivery
