Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Rumford, ME
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
100% outpatient primary care opportunity

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care
Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
Conduct wellness visits and routine physical exams
Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Maine medical licensure
DEA certification or eligibility
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
