Physician – Internal Medicine / Family Practice (Adult Primary Care)

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Practice to join our growing outpatient clinical team in New York.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients.
- Examine, diagnose, and treat a broad range of medical conditions.
- Manage chronic illnesses and preventive healthcare needs.
- Provide outpatient HIV care management.
- Coordinate referrals to specialty and consultative services when needed.
- Maintain patient caseloads aligned with quality and productivity standards.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Complete medical documentation and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and continuing medical education.
- Mentor and support paramedical staff and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical School.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Osteopathic Medicine Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Active New York State Medical License and current registration.
