A value-based primary care organization seeks a Primary Care Physician in Longview, Texas.
THE ROLE
- Outpatient primary care, adult/geriatric population
- Smaller patient panels, longer appointments, coordinated care
- Team-based practice with APP, RN, and social work support
- Value-based care where outcomes beat volume
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, daytime hours. No hospital call, no weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $240K–$270K base plus performance bonus — and no state income tax

REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Texas license (or eligible); DEA
