A value-based primary care organization seeks a Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practice Provider in Columbia, South Carolina.
THE ROLE
- Outpatient primary care, adult/geriatric population
- Smaller panels and unhurried visits in a value-based practice
- Team-based care with APP, RN, and social work support
- Prevention-first medicine with real resources behind it
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, daytime hours. No hospital call, no weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $240K–$270K base (physicians) plus performance bonus; competitive APP compensation
- Comprehensive benefits; 401(k); generous PTO; CME allowance; malpractice covered
REQUIREMENTS
- Physicians: BC/BE FM or IM; SC license (or eligible); DEA
- APPs: FNP/PA-C; SC license; primary care experience preferred
