* 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care for adult patients
* Diagnose and manage:
* Acute illnesses
* Chronic medical conditions
* Preventive and wellness care
* Address physical, emotional, and social health needs
* Coordinate specialty referrals and multidisciplinary care as appropriate
* Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
* Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
* Eligible for unrestricted licensure in Michigan
* Controlled Substance License eligibility required
* U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
