* 100% outpatient practice (ages 18+)
* Monday–Friday schedule with optional 4-day work week
* Minimal call (phone only; ~2 weekends/year and limited weeknight coverage)
* Strong clinical support with dedicated MA and nursing staff
* Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment
* Use of advanced documentation tools including Ambient AI and Dragon
* Access to integrated behavioral health, care managers, and social workers
