Practice Details
* Division includes:
* 20 Internists
* 4 Hospitalists
* 3 clinic-based APPs
* 6 hospital-based APPs
* Practice across 4 locations in the Des Moines metro area
* Large built-in referral network from 290+ providers
* Service population of approximately 1.3 million
* Opportunity to teach and work with students/residents
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care
* Manage chronic diseases and acute conditions
* Focus on preventive care and patient education
* Coordinate care with specialists and hospital teams
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
