• Physician-led group in Minnesota seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join a growing, well-supported primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for 100% outpatient practice, flexibility, and strong work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient (no inpatient responsibilities; 24/7 hospitalist coverage)
• Monday–Friday schedule with phone-only call (~1:12)
• 36 patient contact hours/week with option for a 3.5–4 day work week
• Flexible scheduling and high degree of autonomy
• Optional nursing home coverage
• Opportunity to teach students and residents if desired
• Access to Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) in clinic
• Extensive in-house specialty support, including Cardiology, Dermatology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, Oncology, and more

Compensation & Benefits:

• $315,000–$330,000 salary
