A patient-centered primary care organization in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join its growing clinical team.
This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, adult primary care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care services. The practice is built around evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships.
You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by modern technology and a strong clinical team.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment and care plans
Deliver preventive care and wellness counseling
Educate patients on health management and lifestyle improvements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Georgia medical license
Strong diagnostic and clinical management skills
Experience in preventive care and chronic disease management
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Proficiency with EMR systems
Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based care
Working Hours
Monday–Friday schedule (typical outpatient clinic hours)
