Represented by Nortek Medical Staffing, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician to join our team in Suwanee, GA. This full-time, on-site role involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and patient education, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans
Deliver preventive care and promote overall wellness
Educate patients on health management, treatment plans, and lifestyle improvements
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Participate in ongoing clinical improvement and best practices
Qualifications
Active and valid medical license in the state of Georgia
Proven ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Experience in preventive care and patient education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
