- Shift: 4 shifts/week, 8-10 hours/day pending patient volumes
- Hours/week: Approximately 32-40 hours/week
- Employment Type: W-2, full-time temporary assignment
- License/Certs: Medical license in Virginia, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- Experience: Prior oncology and hematology experience preferred
- Pay: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)

- Manage a patient panel with approximately 12-15 patients daily in an oncology/Hematology practice
- Provide consultative hematology and oncology care for established patients
- Respond to light call with beeper alerts for phone-only issues, averaging 2-5 calls per week
- Collaborate with a team of three permanent providers in an established oncology center
- Follow established protocols for patient care and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Required:
- Medical license in Virginia
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- Proven experience in oncology and hematology patient management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Long-term commitment candidates living within reasonable driving distance
- Ability to handle a busy outpatient schedule with efficiency
