We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients in a structured, well-supported clinical environment.
This role is ideal for physicians who value preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships, while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule.
🩺 Role Overview
As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will deliver full-spectrum outpatient care focused on adult health, preventive services, and ongoing chronic disease management. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with strong administrative and specialty support.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform annual physicals, wellness visits, and screenings
- Manage a patient volume of ~23–25 patients per day
- Coordinate care with specialists and referrals
- Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle, and medication adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
📅 Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shift option available)
- 100% outpatient setting
- No call, no weekends
💰 Compensation
- 💵 Salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually
