Locum Tenens – Adult Only PCP
- Location: San Francisco, CA
- Duration: May – September (locum to perm, 6 month minimum contract)
- Schedule: 4-5 days per week, Monday – Friday
- Shift: 8a-5p
- Call: N/A
- Patient volume: Approximately 18 per day (will include a ramp up period to start)
- Scope: 100% outpatient primary care, adult only
- EMR: Epic
- Group/support: Full subspecialty support
- Affiliated hospital: 130 beds, level II trauma
- Requirements (boards, license): Epic EMR experience, Board certified (may consider board eligible), and California license and DEA at time of application.
- Assignment details: 1099 independent contractor, malpractice covered, travel/lodging/accommodations included, assistance with credentialing
- Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
